Semester 2
March 2018 - July 2018: i'm only sharing about course database because i lost my pencil case together with my room key and pendrive! so yea...pendrive! But i remembered having to experience first-hand using virtual operating system and made a video to explain all the features available in it. Then we had to interview school student for islam & asian civilization project. For the remaining, i'm pretty sure we did something significant but i forgot, there's no record in my laptop :'(
For 'Database Design and Development' course, we used Microsoft Excel entirely to build the system. We learned theoretically about the architecture, types etc of database in class but for group project, we were required to meet Sir Hafiz personally to discuss further regarding the system. He helped us alot with the design of ERD and pointed out anything inaccurate with the data dictionary.
We did a shopping mall management system and named it Suave. Came up with the name during group discussion because it sounded luxury! I gave my best for this project. In fact, i played a vital role for the project which i present, did the whole system and finished the report. Luck was on our side, we got 2 weeks break and were separated by distance, so i took the lead and go sleepless nights to get this done. I remembered having to screenshot each interface of the system up to 300+ pics and inserted each one in the report. Our group had the thickest report with over 150+ pages ahahaha sir was impressed btw and that was what i aimed for!
The hard-copy of the report cost around RM180 because printed colored papers was damn expensive. I remembered texting my friend right after and expressed how shooketh and sad for i was legit broke ahahaha. This system is one of many systems that I truly treasure! The efforts were insane, i locked myself in my room, did not sleep for days and neglected my responsibilities as a daughter. But my family were understanding of my current predicament tho.
